4. Find a fitness buddy, someone who has weight loss goals like yourself. You can go to classes together, or do your keep fit videos at home with them. This is a great way to to keep motivated.
5. Do strength works outs one way is to purposely park your car at the far end of the super market car park and carry your bags to the car. Resistance training is great if you have problems with your joints. This will keep your bones strong.
