If like me you are tired of the so called health gurus out there who promise much but deliver little, when you see a product it is easy to ignore, or by pass even when it is good. It is so tiring to feel conned all the time and waste money. So I was very sceptical at first. After all my garage and shelves are full of these so called wonder products that the infomercials are so keen to push that do nothing but empty your pockets and can cause injury and my painfull knees are testiment to that.
However recently I was complaining to friend about my growing waistline!? After all I am fairly mindfull of my diet and try to exercise reasonably regularly. However my friend went on to tell me about a book she had purchased, how wonderful it was and how great she felt, plus no denying, she did look a million dollars! She had purchased the Top Secret Fat Loss Secret Pro.
Two versions of the book are available the Pro Elite and the Hardcore plan.
Being insatiably curious I decided to purchase the product. I wanted quick results and went for the Hardcore edition.
I took a quick look at the chapters covered and realised that this was definately worth further investigation.
This is my comprehensive review of this 48 page book so now you can make up your own mind how beneficial it will be for you.
48 pages doesn’t seem like a lot when she is revealing the secrets for loosing wieght and maintaining a healthy body.
What I particularly like about this book is the fact that she makes very valid points on how to choose a good weight loss program, great if your a beginner or just confused by all the information out there. With a niffty little questionaire to help you decide which plan will work for you.
She then goes on to give yet more tips on how to loose weight fast, all good tips that will work.
One interesting aspect of the book is she goes into a lot of detail about eating for your Metaboloic Type Plan, which a lot of people do not know about.
Basically it is a diet plan that helps you work out the types of foods that work with your body to burn fat more efficiently. Again great for the long term plan of keeping weight off permanently.
Ok so far so good, great tips on fast weight loss AND advise on how to keep it off for good!
But the biggest information is the SECRET, basically lifestyle, diet choices and habits can put a strain on our bodies and internal organs, fat builds up around these organs like your liver and kidneys as a sort of protection mechanism. A sure sign of toxic build up is fat around your mid section, buttocks and thighs. Her theory is by eliminating these toxins you will also flush away stubborn fat. If you have ever wondered why those hours in the gym aren’t showing any results you could benefit from the information in this book.
If I tell you much more I will have revealed everything in the book ( and Dr Suzanne might want to sue me) but I will say that she does give real solid advise on identifying the correct macro nutrient ratio (Protien, Carbohydrates and Fats) according to the three basic metabolic types.
She also goes into details about interval training which is a another great way of burning fat quickly. I do recommend you investigate strength training (will help burn fat quicker) and resistance training, if you are a middle aged woman like myself it is important to consider these forms of exercise as this will help to maintain bone density.

I found this ebook this very helpful packed full with good advise! I definately have not put this on the shelf to gather dust. I often refer to it and belive it has been money well spent. It is working for me and after only a little while and little effort I have already lost 4lbs. Both in the Elite and Hardcore versions the information in this book is worth every penny and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.
